How

  • Buy property of a total market value of €300.000 excluding V.A.T.
Note: Payment of at least €200.000 excluding VAT should be made before submission of the application, irrespective of the delivery date of the property. The balance should be settled by instalments in an account in a financial institution in Cyprus.
  • and Deposit at least €30.000, pledged for three years in a financial institution in Cyprus.
  • and Provide evidence that an annual income of at least €30.000 is at your disposal.
Note: This income may include employment salaries, pensions, dividends, rents, fixed deposits, etc. Income of the spouse may also be taken into account.

In all abovementioned requirements the amounts stipulated must be proven to have been transferred to Cyprus from abroad.

Qualitative criteria and other requirements

  • A clean criminal record certificate must be submitted with application.
  • Applicant and spouse are not permitted to be employed directly or indirectly in Cyprus in case a PRP is granted under the Scheme.
Note: Applicant and spouse may have income from dividends in a Company registered in Cyprus.
  • Applicant and spouse have to acquire permanent residence in Cyprus within one year from the date of issuance of the Immigration Permit Certificate.
  • Property purchased should be sold by a developer for the first time (should not be a resale).
